What documents do I need to carry to the hostel, home rooms, guest house and flats to ensure a quick check-in?
You need to carry the confirmation e-mail/ booking ID/ ole unique code sent to you at the time of booking and any of your ID proofs that should have your address and photograph. These include your Aadhaar card, driving license and voter’s ID card, passport. Please note that PAN card does not qualify as an acceptable ID proof.
Can I get my booking cancelled?
You can cancel your booking using our website or mobile app. You can also call us on 8690833563 to cancel your booking. The applicable refund amount will be credited to you within 4 working days. However, it may take an additional 3-7 working days to reflect in your account, depending on the processing time taken by your bank.
Can I get my booking revised?
Of course! Simply call us at 8690833563 and our customer care representative will assist you with the revised booking.
What are the standard check-in and check-out times?
The standard check-in time is 12 PM and the standard check-out time is 11 AM.
How do I locate the OLE ROOMS hostel, home rooms and flats I have booked?
There are many ways to locate your OLE ROOMS –
1) On the app, please tap on “Get Directions” on the “Upcoming Booking” card.
2) After a booking is created, you will receive an e-mail with the address of the property.
3) After a booking is created you will receive a confirmation SMS that has a map link of the OLE ROOMS booked as well the address of the OLE ROOMS property.
4) You will also receive an SMS with directions to reach the hostel, home rooms, guest house and flats booked on the day of the check-in.
Does any payment need to be made at the time of booking?
Customers need to make an advance payment paid through online transaction before checking-in.
